Grand Haven man pleads guilty to producing and possessing child pornography (WZZM)- The former Operations Manager for Tulip Time pleaded guilty today to taking sexually explicit pictures of 2 teenage boys and 2 charges relating to possessing sexually explicit pictures of children. Under the terms of his plea deal 51 year old Thomas Westerlund of Grand Haven will also plead guilty to charges that he sexually assaulted the boys. Westerlund will be sentenced in February. He faces up to 80 years in prison, a lifetime of supervised release and $1 million in fines.
